From the sun to rain

I just got back from Palm Springs last night after being a work conference down there...and do I ever want to go back. This weather is just crazy here, so over this gray and rainy weather. The weather in Palm Springs with blue skies, a slight breeze and about 90 degrees the whole time! Just amazing!! P.S. My favorite thing down there was Yogurt on Tap...delicious! It's a self-serve place where you get to pick your kinds and toppings! So yummy!

The conference itself wasn't nearly as good as it normally is. We don't know if that is because of the economy that those good speakers couldn't make it out or what, but not as good as the last two years. Won't be making it next year as I'm taking the school year off, so hope it's better for them than this year.

(Yep, gave in and bought some new Nikes which you can't see in this picture how rad they really are! But I will be on my feet all Summer so this is just the beginning!)

Since a lot of the classes really didn't pertain to us, we had a lot of time in the sun! Our boss is truly the most amazing boss ever that he said "if there aren't any classes that will work for you, relax! Your job is to go back to work refreshed and ready to finish up the year!" So we did just that!

Yep, preggers and all...I still rocked the bikini! Haha!

Drew is on his way back from Tahoe as we speak. I can't wait to see him because it's truly feels like it has been forever. Today is his birthday...the big 31! Happy Birthday to the most amazing husband, best friend and soon to be daddy!!!
