Memorial Weekend and the arrival of baby Lucas!!

Memorial Weekend always been a time to relax with friends, camp and drink! Well...in this case, relax with friends and family which was a so much fun!! I headed down to Vancouver for the weekend and saw all the kiddos! I absolutely LOVE staying with Nick and Laleh and let me tell you...Nick can make some killer cookies! Anywho...Ava is up and walking all over the place...and so good at it! She walks around and turns around. Gets frustrated when she falls down, but is right back at it. Ava is truly one of the happiest babies...you sure did luck out Nick and Laleh! Do it again!!

We were off to the races on that Sunday. I headed to my parent-in-laws and jumped in the car with them to head down to Matt and Kams (my sis and bro-in-law). Then we headed to the boat races that were happening right down the road at the river. It was great to spend some family time with them! Drew...you missed out and we missed you so much. On my way down, I stopped by Kelly and Aaron's because it had been forever since I had them. It was so great to see them, as well as Deanna and Brandon who we all went to college together. It had been since Kel's wedding I think that I've seen Deanna! No Kelly's baby shower. Her family is just adorable. I really wish I would have gotten more pics, but here is one of Josie. Josie is Kelly and Aaron's adorable little girl who is turning 2 next weekend! Happy Birthday Josie!!!! And once again, thank you for the adorable gift Kel and the delicious lunch. Can't wait to see you next time and next time...we are getting a pic together!

As for the MOST EXCITING NEWS OF THE WEEKEND (you all above are pretty special but this tops the cake)! My nephew Lucas Isaac Taylor was born on May 29th at 11:19pm weighing in at 9 lbs and 2 ounces and 22 inches long! What a little chunk and I love it!! Healthy baby boy!! I won't be able to meet him until August when he comes to visit and meet Presley hopefully. But so excited for my sister and brother-in-law. Congrats Andrea and Matt...he is absolutely precious in everyway!

While in Vancouver Kam gave us their glider which is now in our room, it's perfect in everyway!! Sooo comfy. Nick and Amy also gave us a HUGE tub of clothes. I still am in shock when I open P's dresser and see all the onsies, pajamas, mittens, hats, leggings, etc. that they gave us. Drew and I truly can't thank everyone enough for everything they have done for us. Thank you!

As for me, feeling great and doing great! Still can't believe how fast this pregnancy is going. Presley has been moving like crazy lately at night which truly...I don't think I will ever get sick of. I am pretty much over the school year, my staff has been bugging the heck out of me (12 more wake ups). And just knowing that I won't be back next year I think is making it that much harder. So I've been taking it day by day until Summer starts. When working Summer, it's so much different and so fun! I can't believe that in 12 days I won't be seeing my staff until Presley is a year old. That is just crazy to think and I'm pretty darn excited about that!

Getting very excited for Jules' Bachelorette party this weekend! Then the weekend after that is her bridal shower and then her wedding! This month is officially dedicated to Julie and Eric! Can't wait for all of the festivities!
