And it's a.....

Today we found out what we are having!! It's a GIRL!! We couldn't be more excited!! Oh my goodness we beyond excited about it!

We got to the ultrasound place and the nurse asked "what do you think it is?" We said "we hope it's a girl!" And then she went on to ask us if Drew's dad had brothers and sisters and Drew said...just brothers. Her response was "ohhhh". So that wasn't too promising. After doing all of the measurements which baby girl is happy and healthy. She measured the heart, kidneys, etc. and all looked wonderful! Then when she got to the end she said "okay, are you ready to find out...girl or boy?" Drew and I looked at each other and said " you better believe it!" Sure enough, like night and day...it's a girl! We asked her if she was ever wrong and she has never been wrong and she has been doing this for awhile. So that was promising and she said "go out and buy all pink!" We got so many good pictures from the ultrasound. Precious pics of her profile and so many other fun things! We are so excited and are on cloud nine!! After the appt. we left and called everyone and texted everyone!!

Both Drew and I had to head to work after the appt. It was the sweetest thing! When I got back to work, my coworkers had bought me flowers and a basket full of baby stuff! They had girl and boy balloons and cards...not knowing what it was! They were so excited and were in anticipation all morning waiting for me to get to work. I truly work with the most amazing people! Love my job!

Off to go celebrate...with a Shirley Temple (with oj of course!) That's Canada's little trick :)
